I am a musician, composer, and a teacher of many things.
I began playing the piano at age 8. Along my pathway through life I have also picked up the clarinet, saxophone, flute, and organ. I always come back to the piano. I am a fairly decent sight reader, so I don’t always practice as I should. I love accompanying a soloist when we can practice and find that place where we can both bear testimony through song.
My professional career as a teacher and instructional designer has taken me through every grade level in K12 and into higher education. I have taught subjects ranging from French to Mathematics. I love solving educational problems and thrive at the crossroads of teaching and technology.
I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. My favorite callings are teaching and music related.
